How to Cook Brown Rice?

The ideal way to cook is to put 1 cup of rice & 2 ½ cups of water into a cooking pan. Heat the contents on flame, reduce the flame until the water starts to boil. Reduce the heat, simmer and cover the pan with a lid. Continue cooking for 12-15 mins or until the water is absorbed. Your rice is ready to serve.
